The Dakota Dunes Country Club is the premier golf course in the tri-state region. We shall maintain it that way with the member in mind at all times. All maintenance tasks shall be accomplished with the least bother to the member.
The irrigation tech reports directly to the asst. supt. or the supt. and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the irrigation systems at Dakota Dunes C.C. The irrigation tech is responsible for reporting any irregularities in turf quality due to moisture stress as well as performing assigned maintenance tasks.

Wage: Salaried position 25-35K per year, hours are as required depending upon season, weekends required based upon hours of operation.

Personnel requirements include a two or four year turf or related degree and two to four years of golf course experience. Ideally, the irrigation tech will have held the chemical applicators position at Dakota Dunes or have equivalent experience.

Spirit Hollow is now accepting applications for the position of Irrigation Technician. The irrigation technician is under the supervision of the golf course superintendent and is responsible for the programming, operation and maintenance of the golf course irrigation system.
Duties Include: Regular sprinkler head adjustment and repairs of the irrigation system. Additional watering of needed areas in greens, tees, fairways, and roughs. Occasionally supervises a small labor force for special projects. Performs pesticide and fertilizer applications and helps with all daily maintenance of the golf course.
Facility: 18 hole daily fee
Maintenance Budget: $650,000
Rounds: 15,000 - 20,000
Turf: Bent grass greens, tees, and fairways
Irrigation System: Toro automated
Experience: 1 year in golf course maintenance or landscaping
Education: Minimum of 2 year degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field.
Salary Range: $13.00/hr

Blue Top Ridge Golf Club in Riverside Iowa is currently accepting applications for a Spray Technician. This is a 9 month position, March - November.
Blue Top Ridge Golf Club is a golf destination designed by Rees Jones that is part of the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. The 18 hole course stretches out to 7,442 yards from the back tees. There are 5 sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels. The course opened in 2007 and has hosted various tournaments and received many awards and accolades. Oak Hills is currently leasing 4 and 5 year John Deere rotary and reel mowing fleet. Starting in the fall of 2017, a renovation project will start on the back 9.
Education: High School Diploma. Technical training / degree preferredRequirements: 2-4 years of experience in golf course equipment repairs and maintenance or in a golf equipment service center.
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour. Overtime will be require during peak maintenance times, medical and dental benefits, paid personal time off, holiday pay, uniforms, golfing privileges, and local seminars and conventions.
