OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct golf course and grounds maintenance operations.
• Licensed or ability to obtain license for all necessary pesticide and herbicide spraying.
• Maintain proper records for all chemical application
• Guide capital projects and employ cutting-edge technologies.
• Promote staff development and education.                                                  
• Proven management experience in golf course maintenance.                                           
• Expert in agronomy, business, and financial management.                                                    
• Able to handle physical demands and operate maintenance equipment.                        
• Committed to professional growth and industry trends.                                                                
• Lead recruitment, supervision, and staff development.                                                          
• Manage maintenance budgets effectively.                                                     
• Maintain all turf equipment
