Toad Valley Superintendent Position.pdf
Toad Valley Golf Course was built by the Brady family in 1973. It features a par 71 18 hole golf course, miniature golf course, indoor Golfzon simulators and newly renovated driving range with Toptracer technology. It is still owned and operated by the Brady family after 50 years.
The golf course sits on 110 acres and is surrounded by farmland. Although it is primarily a daily fee golf course, it has nearly 150 season pass holders and hosts over 80 events a year. It is a busy facility with over 40,000 rounds a year.
It is located near Southeast Polk High School and is in a growing area of the Greater Des Moines Area. It is positioned to continue to develop and grow in the coming years. The Brady family has continued to make improvements to the course over the last twenty years since the third generation of Bradys have taken over management.
