Mission: To provide excellent customer service to the members of Clarinda Country Club while ensuring efficient, clean, and fiscally sound operation of the clubhouse facility.
Core Responsibilities
-Oversees all aspects of the clubhouse, which can include food and beverage services, events, maintenance, security functions, cleanliness, licenses, insurance, and rental carts.
Member Relations
-Serves as common greeter to members and guests, addressing complaints, and gathering feedback. Is a key person to attract new and retain members.
Staff Leadership
-Manages all clubhouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, developing staff to ensure professional service delivery and positive work environment, and holding them accountable.
Financial Management
-Works with the board to develop, monitor, and manage operating and inventory budgets ensuring cost control procedures are followed and financial goals are met.
-Preparing accurate financial reports and providing them to the Board prior to every board meeting for review.
Event Management
-Works with the renter to make sure they are accommodated and rules and regulations are followed
Facility Maintenance
-Conducts regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained, clean, safe, and in compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
