Burlington Golf Club is seeking a motivated and career‑driven individual to join our team as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a turf professional to gain hands‑on experience in golf course management while contributing to several exciting course improvement projects.

Burlington Golf Club is a private 18‑hole facility located in southeast Iowa and is historically known as the oldest golf club west of the Mississippi River. The club has hosted numerous IGA and IWGA events and maintains a strong commitment to continuous improvement of the golf course.

The club is currently executing a long‑range improvement plan that includes new tee complex construction, implementation of a tree species plan, infrastructure improvements, and a recently completed bunker renovation project.

The golf course features bentgrass/poa annua playing surfaces on greens, tees, and fairways, providing valuable experience managing cool‑season turf at a high level.
