Title: Assistant Superintendent 

Description: Carroll National Golf, formerly known as Carroll Country Club, is an 18 hole private golf course located in Carroll, Iowa searching for a full time assistant superintendent. 

Duties: This position will assist the superintendent with duties including, but not limited to: chemical/fertilizer application, equipment maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and grounds crew supervision. 

Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience is preferred, otherwise a minimum of a turfgrass maintenance certificate with 2+ years serving on a grounds crew. Must have pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months. Have the ability to work in all weather conditions, and ability to withstand physical labor. Ability to work holidays and weekends and longer hours during the week as needed. 

Salary: Pay is $40,000/year with 401k plan matched up to 3%.
