Iowa GCSA Scholarships

Robert M. Voorhees Memorial/Standard Golf Company Scholarship
The Iowa GCSA provides grants to advance education and science in the field of golf course management. The goal is to identify and recognize outstanding students who plan careers in golf course management or a related field

All applicants for scholarship grants, shall be currently enrolled in Turfgrass Management or related curriculums at Iowa Universities/Colleges, Iowa Area Technical Schools, Iowa Community Colleges, and those students who are legal residents of the State of Iowa and who are enrolled in Turfgrass Management or Related curriculums at any University/College outside the State of Iowa. Iowa GCSA Legacy Scholarship
The Iowa GCSA awards one scholarship annually to a student who has one or more parents or grandparents as an active class A, SM, C, A-Retired, SM-Retired, or AA member of Iowa GCSA. The student must be enrolled or accepted to enroll in a university, college, junior college or technical school for the next academic year (verification required). The student must demonstrate a broad base of interests including involvement in volunteer activities and outside employment.
